Fantasic Improvment from 2013

Sharp Graphics. Larger and consideratly more detail put into the map and its enviorment. Vast expansion placed on equipment, accessories and even animals. Also, with the addition to the forestry sector, this edition can challenge the best of players. All in all, 2015 is a huge improvment when compared to 2013 or any other farm simulartor on the market. Reasoning for 4 Stars could be fixed with minor adjustments in my opinion. The tutorial, as it stands now, is good for learning the equipment and the basic features of operating in those specific areas. At the sametime, the career tutorial could be expanded or explained alittle better. For example, I knew there were some kind of missions, but I had no idea where or how to access them. I just happen to run into a phone icon and found a help screen. It would help if there was a guide to the icons in the toggle map, or if we could roll a mouse over it and have the description come up. I believe, without expanding the tutorial to include career focused areas; missions, proper dump areas, phone, or even the market or truck shop, a new player to this game will get fustrated and lose intrest quickly. Lastly, I like the added achievements. To improve this area, try adding a “progress bar” of some sorts. Just to give us an idea of how we’re doing. Great Product. Keep up the Work! Jayson

AMAZING! MUST PURCHASE! THIS GAME IS JUST LIKE A GOPRO 4 BLACK!

SB Called Tractor Driving Sim

The game was fun to play until I realized there were no consequences. After saving for a few upgrades, it turned into a tractor driving sim. ie. You can run a negative budget until a great sale comes along (no bankruptcy, no real farm management) No damage or spills, drive/crash like mad and jump over cliffs (never lose your load) No Victory or loss conditions, etc (only achievements) Hire Worker AI needs work (cuts off crops and needs more options) Limited crops, animals, etc. (Needs more) Fertilizers (lol) Limited Maps (only 2) Why have people and cars? (Need consequences for hitting them) Needs more automation so you can manage a larger farm(s) Some equipment is too difficult to use (like the chipper and log cranes) Otherwise the graphics are pretty good.

fun but not working

it will not run when i try to play it will exit all by itself

Enjoying it!

I find it fun to play! You can add mods to the app store version too, if you were wondering. On a 2013 Macbook Pro 13”, it runs fine on medium or low graphics level. System will get a little hot but I set it on a notebook cooler which helped. The game does not seem to work properly with xbox controllers attached even though the controller test app shows all buttons detected correctly. I eventually purchased another app that maps controller buttons to keyboard buttons and turn off controller support in the game. I took off 1 star simply for this as I still have the problem where things are either all the way on or all the way off (such as steering) which would work better if the controller was supported properly.

It is in fact a simulator !

In the real world, I have operated many of the exact or similar types of equipment in this simulator. It is so realistic as far as backing up trailers, loading, and strategy that I think it is educational as well as enjoyable. Remember it is not a game but a simulator. There is work to do and a business to run. Try to optimize your production while minimizing wasted time, money, and wear on machinery.

Too hard for me? Unless you already understand farming...

I really enjoy most simgames where you are asked to learn about and virtually run things from cities to farms, but this game makes it very difficult if you don’t already have an understanding of farming. I won’t say that the game is badly developed, as the mechaincs are pretty cool. Through the tutorials I did fine, and even enjoyed the “monotony” of driving my tractor back and forth. The problem is that as soon as you are done harvesting, you have grain laying on the ground. I assume I am supposed to bail it, but I am not sure which implement to buy and how to use it. Overall, with some extra instructions and guidance when you first start out, I think people unfamilliar with farming may have a better idea of what to do. Perhaps I will do a bunch of research to find out what I need, but overall, a smaller area to start with and some extra help would make this game much more user-friendly.

Great game

Love the game but it keeps crashing after an hour of play and I lose all of my progress and have to start over. Fix this please!

love It

Thanks so much for releasing this game on the App Store, I love this game so much and love all the new features. New Hollands are awesome and I love playing the game whenever i get the chance… Great job and keep going with the updates! ;)

Simply Fantastic

I have invested a good amount of time into this game, and not once have I regretted my purchase. The new features are excellent, and of course, the stunning graphics cannot go unnoticed. You truely began to notice the small things the developers worked on ever so carefully. From the haze that comes from the tractor’s exhaust pipes, to the dirt that collects on your tractor as you use it over time, this game is something else. For all those wondering what logging is like, it’s no easy task. It’s not chopping down the tree that is so difficult, rather picking it up with the crane and placing it into the bed. You can obviously change the configuration of the controls and such, but it still feels a bit rugged. This is my ONE drawback that can be easily fixed with an update. But In retrospect, this is not Lumberjack Simulator 2015, so don’t treat it as such. But at the end of the day, I do not really care because this game is remarkable—so remarkable that only a fool would refuse to admit it.

Yet Another Great Sequal

Being a customer of farming simulator 13 and 14 I have noticed that Farming Simulator 15 improves pretty much every aspect of the previous games. This game not just stops on improving gameplay AND graphics, but also takes many strides towards more features like logging and dirt build up on veichles. So far the early game has proved VERY successful to me and I can’t wait to go and fiddle arround with the big stuff. I highly suggest you go and check it out for yourself.

Bad multiplayer

Dissapointed with the multiplayer. Nobody is ever online and lots of lags. Though great graphics!

LOVE THIS GAME

really wish there were in app purchases. need more money!!!!

I thought it was going to be fun.

I read the reviews and thought “hey, I have always loved farming, let me try this out”. I bought it, and then downloaded it. It was fun for about 2 hours, but it takes soooooooo long to get money, that you are forced to waste hours of time. It doesn’t really have that much excitement. It is a pretty boring game. I feel like I oculd have spent $29.99 on a better game, that has more action it it, and that doesnt take 4,000,000 hours to get to the next level. It looked like fun in the trailor, but it isnt that much fun in the actual game. I am going to give it one more try and see how I like it, but as far as now, it was just a waste of money.

Simpily Fantastic!

This game has awesome graphics. It looks like the tractors are real. I’ve never seen a better game than this game. If you don’t have this game, you should get it.

get it

this game is probably the most addictive game I have ever played. Only rivaled by Civilization V. Hint: Only sell your grain at high demand locations. Mow in the beginning and do the missions to get start up money. Once you are at full steam, just plant grain and put it in the silo until the demand goes up. Canola is the money crop in this game. It takes more land to get more canola (wheat and barley yeilds are much higher) but when canola is in high demand you can get upwards to $3500 per ton. Get the modded trailers and you can carry more grain. Mine is 150000 per load so a full load of canola at high demand nets 6 figures. sell at frieght yard and send the train off for a bonus. Drop your logs directly in the train, send it, and get a bonus. great game. keep adding equiptment and new features and you have a player for life.

Awesome!!!

great graphics and super fun but the game strats to get boring and it is super hard to earn money, would not recommend get this app for the price

awesomr

good good i loved it but i get lag when i buy the animals and the feeding cow tutorialbut at really good

Good user interface

the interface is great and the graphics are great but you may need a intel i7 processor in order to get the full effect without lag. And for people who want to get lots of money without doing anything, just hack the .xml file. I have a legit world and a cheated world. Also one of the few games that basically want you to mod it. Love it!

Dynamics are very unrealistic.

Played this game for almost 50 hours, some of the machines and tools in this game needs works. For ex. i was using the woodchipper and the conveyor belt was leading into intself meanwhile the wood that i was putting in the conveyor belt was actually going the opposite way of the conveyor belt. Another ex, the cranes are all glitchy. meaning that whenever i grab a piece of wood they would shake around in the claw and somehow fall out of the claw. otherwise a great app
